REFERRAL FEES

If you are a licensed Broker, Realtor or Lawyer,  feel free to contact me and arrange to refer potential or actual transactions or consultations my way. I offer a standard professional referral fee.

Call me or email me for more details. Bottom line, it pays to refer business to me. Only licensed realtors, brokers or lawyers can receive a referral fee legally.


FINDERS FEES

Many heads are better than one. A team is always more powerful than one person working alone.

My goal is to work in a win-win manner with anyone I get involved with. Since networking is a valuable service, I acknowledge this by sharing my commission or finders fee with those who have a network of people and include me into it. Who you know or might meet in the near future might be worth something!

In other words, I make it worth your while by paying you a finders fee or space rental commission to find people you know who will work with me as their real estate agent. I encourage you to talk with your business associates, church members, family, friends, relatives, customers, clients, etc.

Are people you know looking to buy or invest in residential or commercial property? Do they want to sell or lease residential or commercial property? Do they own commercial property? Do they need a business consultant? If the answer is yes, pass on their contact information. It is really just that simple.

I share a 10% finders fee out of my net commission for any closed escrow that results from your sending a new client to me. There is no limit on the number of finders fees that you can make for sending me new clients.

The 10% finders fee is paid based on what I receive as a net commission,  paid to the finder after the close of escrow and after my commission payment is received on the first transaction with any client you send to me.

On a business consultation, I pay 10% of my net consultation fee received in the first year.  If I end up splitting my consultation fee with another agent, I pay you a finders fee on my part of the fee I receive.

If you refer to someone who then refers me to someone else, and that third person actually consults, buys, sells or leases something with me, I split the finders fee equally with any parties involved as co-finders.

If two people act as finders then they both receive a 5% finders fee out of my net commission, or consultation. If three people act in a chain as outlined above for a finders fee, that means an approximate 3.3% finders fee is paid to each one, and so on.

If I refer a transaction out and split my commission with another agent,  you still get 10% of my net commission.

To get started, just email me with the contact information of people you send to me, as well as your information via the Contact webpage. ( I need to know where to send a finders fee.) I will keep in contact with you if you want me to keep you informed of all progress, and I will also send you a copy of the broker closing statement or payment receipt for consultation fees paid that I get, showing my net commission or consultation fee, so you can make sure everything goes as I promise.

Your contacts can also say that you found them and steered them to me. I can get your information from people you send to me directly. Either way, it works for you, as you get a finders fee for steering that person to me.

Here is how it works bottom line. When I earn a $50,000 net commission, you get a $5,000 finders fee again assuming you the only finder involved. The bigger the commission I earn, the higher dollar amount of finders fee you receive as outlined above.

When I earn a  $2,000 net commission based on closing escrow with someone you sent to me, you will get a finders fee of $200 after the close of escrow, assuming you are the only finder involved. Divide this in half if you and another person are involved in finding a principal.

I donate 10% of my income (or more) to charitable and non profit causes. The finders fee above can be paid to a non profit, club, church or to to some cause you are passionate about, if you do not need the money. Your organization can earn an extra income by referring individuals or organizations to me for their commercial property needs.
