With more than 25 years combined experience in the world of real estate management, building and investment Eric also offers his experience with residential/commercial real estate management, transportation, construction, marketing, non profits, high tech, education, training, sales, organization management and project management experience to clients, associates and to his team. Clients and team members receive the benefit of a Masters of Science degree in Business Management. Eric has earned various Certifications in such areas as Project Management, Change Management, Social Ecology, Team Leadership, 1031 Exchange Basics, 1031 Exchange Advanced, Feng Shui, Co-Housing, Manufactured Home Park Management (MHM), Tax Reduction or Avoidance Strategies, plus a variety of health related certifications. Part of being wealthy consists of having a college education.
Eric is a full licensed real estate agent with about two years of experience working with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Folsom California. While there, he was trained in selling, buying and leasing commercial real estate; industrial, retail, and multifamily properties (apartments/RV/mobile home parks) as well as land. He successfully assisted establishing Kingsbury Corporation into a new branch in the local Northern California area from the East Coast. He also successfully closed several commercial deals in combination with his team. Eric now offers his commercial real estate expertise. Part of being wealthy consists of having a education and experience with investment properties, commonly found in the commercial real estate world.
Eric also owns a business consulting firm and is the author of forty books on the Science Of Sustainable Health. He deals with corporations, associations and business owners, helping them with issues such as employee housing as well as financial planning and commercial real estate investments.

In addition to a full real estate license, Eric has a license to sell new Skyline and Karsten brand manufactured homes, as well as a license to sell new Skyline and Laurel Creek park model homes on private land, in parks or campgrounds to individuals, contractors, builders, developers, goverment agencies and non profit housing organizations. These inexpensive high quality homes can be used for employee housing, workforce housing and for housing the homeless.
Eric has successfully invested in and managed apartments, rental homes and two communities, turning one community around in a matter of four months while solving numerous long standing problems.
In the past, he has worked for Internet Incubation company, union organizations such as the Teamsters and Southern Pacific, as well as sales organizations and health organizations. He offers his experience and insight with small entrepreneurs, medium sized private companies and large corporations with union labor to his clients and team members.
Eric currently directs several organizations, each of which is successful and growing. His residential and commercial real estate business, financial and insurance services.
Eric offers expertise with green, sustainable development and co-housing for those clients who appreciate this value added service (for buildings or communities). He also offers clients and team members specialized Internet marketing, community building and website building skills and abilities. Eric uses all of these skills and experiences to serve clients and team members.
His many years of experience with owning and/or managing both residential, apartment and mobile home communities serves him well when dealing with clients who own these types of commercial properties or portfolios. At one point, Eric owned over 23 real estate properties free and clear.
Eric has been involved in both local, national and international team projects over many time zones. He has been responsible for customer service, contract negotiations, website building, web based marketing and project management. He offers strong analytical, negotiation, facilitation, sales, problem solving, technical, people and presentation skills to both tenants, buyers, lessors and sellers of residential and commercial properties.
Sophisticated, intelligent, empathic and innovative, Eric is fluent in German and speaks some Spanish. As a result of extensive international life experiences, he enjoys working with a diverse set of clients from all ages, occupations, walks of life, religions, cultures and races.
Eric currently lives in Yuba City where he has a satellite home office. He offers clients and prospective business associates an executive office which is located in Sacramento.
In his spare time, he attends several churches locally and contributes 10% of his earnings to them as well as other non-profit causes. Eric enjoys hobbies such as reading, classical music, swimming, writing, camping, hiking, biking, reading, yoga, and watching movies.
As far as community service and giving back; Eric serves a board member of the Affordable Housing Coalition, and works with a Manufactured and Park Model Homes Dealer in Rocklin, promoting and managing affordable housing. He is actively working on solving the homeless issue by working with community stakeholders, which include residents, non-profits, community groups, business organizations, developers, builders, faith based organizations and other community leaders.
